The breakfast was GORGEOUS, brilliant service, sincere staff. We booked a budget room with an elegant bathroom. Best possible location to kkl culture and convention centre. With quick check-in and efficient check-out, this hotel was cool.

Well-organised service, very professional staff, breakfast was awesome, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. Its location close to a train station was absolutely incredible for what I needed. Nearby Roadhouse - great place to chill out.

Fabulous room, understanding staff - everything was brand-new. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. Brilliant view, a bigger balcony, cozy bed, too. I truly enjoyed an amazing restaurant with an Arabic menu. Hotel was well priced, outstanding value as opposed to other options.

The hotel was comfortable, as for me everything was wonderful. The attached restaurant had reasonably priced food and top-notch service. Room was convenient: relaxing bed, large bathroom. Fairly clean venue and very competent employees. The outdoor bar in the property had lots of complementary soft drinks and tea throughout the day. Location was brilliant and a train station was near the hotel.

Staff were approachable and we appreciated our being there. The room was recently refurbished and available with a balcony and comfortable beds, for example. Lighting was very good. A train station was located close to the venue. There also was convenient parking and nice pool. By the way, we paid usd 32 per day for parking our car.

We really enjoyed it. Good breakfast with plenty of choices, setting near a train station. Lake Lucerne is right by the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom.
